Payroll Outsourcing is becoming increasingly common among SME's (small to medium enterprises).
We have simplified the processing of payroll to the extent, where it has been modeled to meet your exact needs, all you need to do is advise us of any changes that may have incurred during the pay period by email prior to the processing date.
 
Scope of Work
The main job processes covered are as follows
  • Maintaining the Staff Master Information for HR purposes.
  • Processing of salaries as per the legislations of Mauritius and agreed company policies.
  • Preparing and sending Paysheets, Bank Letters, NPS Forms, PAYE Forms and Payslips on PDF format on an agreed date to the company.
  • Delivery of Payslips in sealed envelopes to respective companies’ premises under the contract.
  • Maintaining the End of Year Returns, Statement of Emoluments, Bonus and other statutory yearly returns to MRA.
  • Maintaining the Company Files at our office for references.
  • Handling MRA audit visits, NPS queries and related inspection calls.
  • Any other Payroll/HR related activity mutually discussed and agreed.s
